Mouthwatering collection covers of the North and South Pole, expeditions, starting with the early Norway covers incl. rare material, TAAF with many better frankings, many signed covers, strong Russia and Falklands, Tristan da Cunha, Japan, many other countries present, housed in 37(!!) albums/stockbooks and loose. In total estimated 4500/5000 covers!!! The collector must have spent in the region of 40.000/50.000 euro on the collection, many bought as single items from auctions and dealers. Now offered at a fraction of his cost!!! Ideal lot to continue collection or to split up and sell at a decent profit. Nowhere in the world found so extensive as this!!!
